THE TEAM

The Directors

The three founders came together in late 2018 with each having a driven passion for change within their particular sectors of delivery. The combination of their separate skills, and now the skills of a spread of expert associates, is achieving far greater levels of co-created change and continuous improvement for our high profile client base.

By bringing together our skills around knowledge, networks and behaviours (KNB), we believe that we can have greater impact on improving performance of major projects and organisations. Since 2018, clients have included HS2 Ltd, Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal, TfL, World Food Programme and the Infrastructure & Projects Authority.
